Commercial Resupply of ISS

Not very many people will get excited about the big change going on at NASA, but this one is rather important. With the looming retirement of the Shuttle, NASA has problems with supplying the ISS. There choices are to build their own rocket and fly it, pay some other nation to do something similar, or turn to the commercial world and buy resupply services.
